WorkSource (Jacksonville, FL) is utilizing a variety of social media tools to meet the changings needs of business.  Melissa Terbrueggen demonstrates a virtual career fair service which allows employers to fill one or more job opening from the convenience of an office desk.  In addition, Melissa shows how she uses constant contact and free polling tools to allow for real-time communication and feedback from her business clients and is leveraging social media tools with other workforce areas to fill regional business needs.
